Delivery

1. Delivery Countries

The Store delivers orders via InPost International to the following countries:

• Belgium
• France
• Spain
• The Netherlands
• Luxembourg
• Portugal
• Italy

2. Delivery Costs

• InPost Parcel Locker: €6.99
• InPost Courier: €8.99

3. Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched after payment has been successfully received.

Estimated delivery time: 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

4. Responsibility for the Shipment

The Seller is responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to the selected InPost Parcel Locker or InPost Pickup Point in the destination country.

The Customer is required to collect the shipment within the period specified by the carrier. Failure to collect the shipment within the required time may result in the parcel being returned to the Seller. In such cases, the Customer may be required to cover the cost of re-shipment.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing them to track the shipment through the InPost tracking system.
